Patrick Llewellyn

Patrick has been in Human Services for over 20 years. Over that period, Patrick has assisted over 1,000 families obtain improved services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

After beginning his career in a licensed Group Home, Patrick determined where his passion resides. Quickly realizing that families needed far better advocacy, he joined the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) where he worked tirelessly for well over a decade as an Intensive Case Manager (ICM).

There, he gained extensive expertise in navigating the complex world of Medicaid and DDD funded services. Patrick has helped families and individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs vastly improve their quality of life through his experience and his tireless advocacy.

Much of the work he did included early intervention, adult services, affordable housing options; as well as many of the state-funded programs; for unique individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs; and how to help families safely secure the necessary home and community-based services.

After leaving DDD, Patrick worked in the private sector for a period where he created Llewellyn Case Management.

Today he consults and offers guidance to families struggling to meet the ever-increasing responsibility of caring for and finding the necessary support for their loved ones.
